We do this by keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners and communicators, responding quickly to your needs. Andy and Janet Higgins - Background and Qualifications
Janet and I are originally from Long Island New York and relocated to Northern Virginia more that 15 years ago.
Janet and I as a real estate team have earned a Top Producer designation with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors for several years running. We have recieved awards such as International Presidents Elite, Presidents Elite, and spirit awards with our brokers.
I (Andy) have an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Seton Hall University and an MBA in Accounting from Hofstra University. Janet holds degrees from Southern Methodist University in both Chemistry and Violin Performance. In addition to several years as a top producing real estate team in Northern Virginia, I have held responsible management positions in corporate America with a customer service focus both in finance and retail industries for over 15 years. Janet has held lead positions as a chemist for the FDA and freelanced performance Violin before joining me in our real estate business several years ago.
As a husband and wife real estate team, we combine their varied talents and interests to provide exceptional service to Buyers and Sellers throughout Northern Virginia.
